For all those who watch Smallville...
here is a letter from Chloe to Clark in episode 17, season 2, entitled Rosetta..
where Clark becomes really sick and Chloe reads him this letter while watching him as he
sleeps..

I want to let you in on a secret, Clark, I'm not who you think I am.
In fact my disguise is so thin, I'm surprised you haven't seen right
through me.

I'm the girl of your dreams masquerading as your best friend.

Sometimes I want to rip off this façade, like I did at the Spring
Formal. But I can't, because you'll get scared and run away again.
So, I decided that it's better to live with the lie than expose my
true feelings.

My father told me there are two types of girls: the ones you grow out
of and the ones you grow into. I hope I'm the latter. I may not be
the one you love today, Clark, and that hurts. But I'll let you go
for now, hoping one day you'll fly back to me. Because I think you're
worth the wait.

.......to ???: You are worth the wait

"Guys…I might not be able to post for a while because I will be out of town for about a week or so.
I just need to take a break from me and everything else…"

The Unknown

A jilted lover, a marriage breaking apart, men and women falling for other people and not wanting to break their comfortable lives, financial failures. Crisis. A period of not knowing what comes next. These moments hit us all at various points in our lives (most of it at the most unexpected time). Crisis….Major….

Moments such as these make us see clearly that what was once protected and comfortable is no more. Our relationships are struggling, lost or torn apart; we stand naked and broken in our pains and heartbreaks. Happiness seems so far away. We are left staring into the unknown. We have entered into the deepest corner of our deepest self…and we feel helpless.

These dark moments often serves as nudge to put us back in touch with our capacity to regenerate ourselves at the deepest level. And the whole process is to break down the barriers, going beyond our fears, and rising above our comfort zones.

One way to handle such moments is to have total trust in the process of where you are meant to be. Surrender and flow with the process. Willingness to flow and trust your "Highest self" and allowing the changes to come into our lives and grow. To not resist the very purpose of our existence.

"….a parting reminder from me while I take a week or so break from me and everything else (work, family, relationships, friends, etc…)"

Shawn Colvin - When You Know

When you know that you know who you love, you can't deny it.
Or go back, or give up, or pretend that you don't buy it.
When it's clear this time you've found the one, you'll never let her go
Cos you know and you know that you know.

When you feel in your skin in your bones and the hollow
Of your heart, there's no way you can wait till tomorrow.
When there isn't any doubt about it once you come this close
Cos you know and you know that you know.

You can feel love's around you like the sky 'round blue
This is how love has found you, now you know what to do.

When you know that you know who you need, you can't deny it.
Or go back, or give up, or pretend that you don't buy it.
When it's clear this time you've found the one, you'll never let her go
Cos you know and you know that you know.

And it's time you come in from the cold.
And you know that you know.
