Baby Zia is a month old!!!

According to her pedia, she's already 3.5kg and 53cm long.

Tomorrow's her christening and we have chosen people close to us to be her godparents.

Similar to a teacher, which I believe is the noblest profession in the world, we have a duty to aid our daughter grow up to be a value-driven and god-fearing person. And one way to attain that goal is to surround her with good examples and morally upright decent people. It's not an easy task, but with prayers, faith in God, and the prayers and guidance of our family and friends, we know that everything will be fine in the end.

I was going through my old stuff when I visited my parent's home when I found this old greeting card that my Wifey gave me. This greeting card was my favorite among the other cards that she gave me because of the message she wrote and the message written on the front page of the card.

You Snuck up on me!
One Day were laughing

(about something only the two of us
would find funny...)
Hanging out with no particular place to go,
just kicking back, enjoying the ride...
And out of nowhere you went from
"just-a" to "more-than-a" friend

You snuck up on me...
And all our good laughs and
great times turned into
something ever more real
and deep and meaningful.

Your presence in my life became
the most wonderful, natural thing
in the world

And that special place
you've always had in my heart...it doubled in size.

AAaaawww....

Though we only had about a 2-hour window, we were able to take Baby Zia out for a walk. We went to ATC and bought Baby Zia her very first toy( and a CD of baby genius).

...my last post mentioned about the schedule biding for our next schedule rotation...Lo and behold, I got a 12MIDNIGHT Mon Tue schedule...It sucks right? Well, I actually emailed our HR about a schedule request due to personal reasons, and they gave me a more reasonable shift! Now, my new schedule is 6AM Thurs Fri. Not perfect...but good enough...

Bad news: We just finished bidding for our prefered schedule. The way I see it, I might get the worst schedule available for the team...tsk..tsk..that's what I get for being one of the Highly skilled agent on the ops floor.

Good News: Its my day off tomorrow and friday...which means I'll be able to spend lotsa times with my 2 baby girls...Here's a pic of my baby Zia:

Ain't she a !!!

Should I stay or should I go???

I've been thinking of resigning from my current job. i don't enjoy my work anymore...Guess 2 years is enough for me...
