Anakin Floorwalker is back!

After about a month on the operations floor, I've been given the chance again to "floorwalk" for the team and for the other teams as well. If you don't know what "floorwalk" means...It means that I get to be off the phones and assist my teammates on their calls and their procedures. It may sound easy but believe me its actually difficult. You have got to be good procedure-wise and at the same time great at taking calls. Though this is a step forward towards my development, I also consider this a learning experience 'coz I get to expose myself to different and challenging tasks...I do hope this will be the start of something big....

Everything is doing great at home...Zia's so expressive as usual..
